      SIT Test Manager                               

 

      Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Will be required to design, plan and manage a system integration test.
  • Must possess test planning experience to include design and structure of a test (MS project a plus)
  • Experience conducting end to end functional testing (testing business processes)
  • Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
  • Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
  • Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
  • Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
  • Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. In addition, candidates will work with interdisciplinary integrated product teams in the execution of directed tasks and interaction with the client or third-party agents.

 

The ideal candidate will hold a B.S. degree and 5 years experience in large federal program testing practices. Experience with large software intensive distributed DoD systems desired. Experience with web based distributed database or ERP systems highly desirable.

 

 

 

       Human Resources Functional Analyst Senior --- Payroll      

 

       Senior Payroll Functional Analyst will function as Senior SME using PeopleSoft Global Payroll to meet military payroll requirements. Prime responsibilities include

·         Analyze payroll requirements for DIMHRS functionality using DoD requirements docs, results of Comp Analysis Teams (CAT), and other program requirements.

·         Analyze PeopleSoft 8 Global Payroll product to detect “fit” of government requirements. Work w/government officials regarding “gaps”, making recommendations as appropriate and resolve problems.

·         Advise and assist tech staff on functional aspects of modifications or design changes.

·         Develop test plans, criteria, scenarios, to test s/w changes and modifications, replicating prod situations. Document test results and work with tech staff on problems or changes discovered thru testing.

·         ID risk areas & develop mitigation strategies.

·         Asst government in deployment of product. Prepare presentations and perform program analyses for client.

·         Work with NGIT Payroll Team Lead on execution of directed tasks, interact with client, and provide guidance & direction to junior team members.

 

 

Candidates must have a minimum of 9-12 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Federal or commercial payroll system functional analysis and development OR a bachelor’s degree plus 5-8 years of experience. Additional education may be substituted for experience. PeopleSoft system expertise in Payroll is required. PeopleSoft certification, knowledge of Global Payroll, and knowledge of military and/or Federal payroll are highly desirable. Ideal candidates will have experience in fit/gaps, PeopleSoft implementation lifecycles, business process reengineering, development and testing processes. Experience in large-scale personnel/payroll implementations is also desirable.

EPM Analyst    Mid-level

                   

       Mid-level Workforce Analytics Functional Analyst.  Function as SME using PeopleSoft Global Payroll to meet military payroll requirements. Prime responsibilities include:

PeopleSoft system knowledge in HRMS reporting is ideal. Candidates must be willing to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Global Payroll – Rules/Software Implementation       

 

Ideal candidates will have experience in fit/gaps, PeopleSoft implementation lifecycles, PeopleSoft HRMS reporting, development and testing processes. Experience in large-scale personnel/payroll implementations is also desirable. Candidates must be willing to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to provide leadership and training to less experienced analysts. Must have experience with COSNOS applications and KPIs.

 

Must have a minimum of 9-12 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Federal or commercial personnel/payroll system functional analysis and development with emphasis on Time and Labor.  PeopleSoft system expertise in Time and Labor is required. Must possess experience in fit/gaps, PeopleSoft implementation lifecycles, business process reengineering, development and testing processes.  Must be willing to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Component Interface Programmer                      

 

  • Provide expertise to map and transform data from legacy systems to and from PeopleSoft. Requires a strong background in technical development, coding and interfacing applications. An understanding of managing data integration within a heterogeneous environment is required.
  • Analyze and document legacy interface data elements and provide mapping to the standard form within the middleware, WebSphere MQ, PS Integration Broker, BEA Weblogic, WebMethods, Vitria or Tibco.
  • Write technical specifications and asynchronous interface routines.
  • Identify and develop data validation checkpoints and reports.
  • Identify and develop reconciliation reports, provide recommendations on automated vs. manual corrections.
  • Participate in the design of integration testing.
  • Work with configuration analysts to ensure that the delivered functionality matches the functionality required for the implementation

 

Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.x development environment; knowledge of middleware tools and strategies; knowledge of data validation techniques; knowledge of PeopleSoft software (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc); excellent programming skills; experience with PeopleSoft application engine. Ability to read/understand COBOL, JAVA, PeopleSoft App Engine. Experience with DB2 UDB or Oracle or VSAM. Excellent problem-solving skills, process flow and data flow diagramming skills. Must possess strong PeopleSoft skills to include HRMS/Payroll/Benefits. Must understand processing and data conversion.  Must have developed data conversion programs and understand system integration.

STAT! Administration Support                       

 

  • Manage the plan, analysis, design and development of the software configuration management system utilizing the Quest STAT! product.
  • Support the development team with version control, data migrations, code migrations, code assignments and other functions related to development of DIMHRS.
  • Aid in the installation and setup of the application.

 

Minimum of 5 years experience in the Information Technology environment with Tier 1 COTS packages (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) financial systems implementation, high transaction volume environment. Must have demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle system development. Experience with configuration management methodologies and a 1 year minimum working experience with STAT! 4 year degree in Computer Science. Strong communication and project management skills required. Technical skills: Oracle, SQL, UNIX, Tier 1 COTS packages (PeopleSoft preferred), Quest STAT!
