Analyzes and recommends commercially available hardware capable of meeting systems requirements. Provides leadership and direction to other System Architect(s) assigned to the project.

PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll experience is required.

Experience: 10+ Years

Business Manager The Business Manager is responsible for the establishment, monitoring and control of project accounts and work package numbers, and for development of the monthly financial reports to the customer.

Financial Analyst Financial Analyst services include financial support and tracking of contractor and subcontractors time and travel reporting. The Financial Analyst monitors and tracks costs accounts and work package numbers for adherence to plan and corporate (contract) standards. The Financial Analyst handles program invoicing and provides financial input for program customer reports.

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field or substitute three years of additional related experience.

Administrative Support Administrative support includes clerical and technical tool support to the Program Office including scheduling and tracking, generation of reports and charts using Microsoft Office tools.

Certification in Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) is highly desirable.

Experience: 3+ Years

Procurement/Contracts Specialist Procurement/Contract specialist services includes subcontract and contract management support and procurement support. Subcontract management support monitors and tracks subcontractor performance, collects subcontractor cost and schedule data, and holds subcontractor reviews. Procurement supports the project with issuance and tracking of purchase orders as required.

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field or substitute three years of additional related experience.

Senior Software Test Engineer Performs software testing at all levels from module or unit testing through all levels of software integration testing. Writes software test plans and procedures in support of system and software level testing to ensure the integrity of the delivered system. Interfaces with the software implementation group throughout the software implementation process. Develops test data and predefines specific test acceptance criteria. Supports the software configuration management process and understands all software components and their interface requirements.

PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll experience is highly desirable.

Experience with other software, such as DB2, MQSeries, Websphere, Domino, will be useful.

Training Manager The Training Manager has overall responsibility for conducting customized training classes. The Training Manager develops training plans and the associated curricula, identifies the resources necessary to implement the plan, ensures that training is conducted in accordance with the plan, and identifies and analyzes training considerations such as central versus regional, hands-on versus classroom, train-the-trainer versus train-the-user.

PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll experience is highly desirable.

Training Specialist The Training Specialist supports the development of training plans and develops training materials, conducts end user training or trains the customer Trainers.

PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll experience is required.

Experience: 3+ years

System Security Specialist The System Security Specialist formulates and assesses IT security policy to include business impact. Prepares security plans for employing enterprise wide security architecture to include the design of cryptographic solutions. Develops an integrated security services management approach. Executes security awareness training. Assesses and audits network penetration testing anti virus planning assistance, risk analysis and incident response. Provides security-engineering support for application development including system security certifications and project evaluations. This may include the development, design and implementation of firewalls, evaluation and review and test of security code.

Experience 10+ years

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field or substitute three years of additional related experience.

Application Programmer Application Programmers provide systems and programming services in the analysis, design, development, implementation, modification and maintenance of a customer’s key business solutions. Application Programmers utilize the latest technologies and various programming languages to deliver business results. Product objectives and specifications are developed from client requirements.

Experience: 2+Years

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field or substitute three years of additional related experience.

Business and Military Subject Matter Experts Supply business knowledge of PeopleSoft, Human Resource and/or Payroll industry, and technical architecture.

Supply knowledge of best practices for PeopleSoft.

Is knowledgeable in the trends and directions of the Military and the players.

Information Technology Specialist The I/T Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for providing I/T services.

As a member of a team, this person performs a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation, and system integration in a technology/industry specialty or product sales. The I/T Specialist assists in delivery of high quality solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements. Develops technical skills and absorbs professional knowledge quickly. Performs assigned technical tasks including study, analysis, programming, and product installation. The I/T Specialist has some specific product, technology, or industry-related specialized skills and works with proposals, requirements, designs, implementations and production projects/engagements. May use tools to analyze and implement portions of a customer solution.

The I/T Specialist provides analytical support necessary to develop and implement solutions for small to medium size projects, or components/elements of larger projects. On occasion, provides technical advice to project managers/ leaders and gives some technical direction to team members such as subcontractors or client personnel. May assist in the identification of new I/T services opportunities. In a marketing unit, provides the technical knowledge in support of the sale of hardware and software. This can involve participating in the development, packaging and distribution of a solution, or the justification, requirements or proof-of-concept in a proposal project. This position requires knowledge of one major platform, process or architecture.

Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft is required.

Operations Support Operations Support for the IBM Z, P Series Servers, Network Administration for Development Hardware.
  • Able to understand and follow basic computer operational instructions sufficient to operate data processing equipment. Fundamental understanding of data processing concepts, operating systems, utility programs, job monitoring tools and operating procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of computer peripherals and I/O equipment. Able to execute basic computer system commands and perform routine job set-up and monitoring tasks. Sound knowledge of at least one major operating environment.
  • Able to recognize operational problems and reliably execute problem escalation procedures to obtain resolution. Perform minor cleaning and preventative maintenance of peripherals.
  • Able to take direction and work well within a team environment.
  • Requires periodic supervision with assigned tasks.
  • Able to execute complex operational instructions sufficient to operate data processing equipment. Sound understanding and practical experience with data processing concepts, computer room environment facilities, machine principles, operating systems, utility programs, job monitoring tools, operating procedures, system configuration, job applications and operational hardware.

Quality Assurance Analyst Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating systems and associated documentation. Determines the resources required for quality control. Maintains the level of quality throughout the project life cycle. Conducts formal and informal reviews, technical and management audits, and participates in configuration control boards. Coordinates with the Project Manager to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction.

PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll experience is highly desirable (or other ERP or system integration experience)

System Modeler I Provides expertise in the areas of system and performance modeling, system architecture and design. Able to build system models using HyPerformix modeling tools. Runs model, performs what-if analysis and makes recommendations concerning future architecture.

HyPerformix Modeling Tool experience is highly desirable.
